Everyone has a season where life breaks into pieces and has to be put back together by hand. Fragmented is about what happens after: the rebuilding, the slow fitting of one block against another, and the discovery that something tender survived the whole time.
Organic blocks of beige, sage green, burnt orange and blue fit together like a patchwork of rooms, roads or years. Each one has its own hand-built texture, so the surface reads less like a painting and more like terrain. In the middle of all that structure sits a single pink circle, soft and whole, the one piece that never broke. Your eye keeps returning to it.
At 43" square, Fragmented brings warmth and quiet weight to a living room, dining room or entry, and it sits naturally with wood, stone, linen and other natural materials.
Original pastel knit on wood panel. One of a kind.
43"W x 43"H | Mixed media on wood panel, painted cedar frame
