Bird in Paradise
The bird of paradise is a flower that looks like it’s about to take flight. This piece turns that idea inside out: a bird and a plant woven so closely together that it’s hard to tell where the wings end and the petals begin. It’s a quiet paradise, a place where growing and flying feel like the same thing.
Soft sculptural texture and muted tones build the forms, so leaf and feather catch the light in the same gentle way. From across the room it reads as calm and simple. Up close, you’ll keep finding where the two lives intertwine.
At 13.5" × 19", Bird in Paradise is an intimate piece for a mantel, bookshelf, sunroom, or gallery grouping.
